  They get an extra star because they did fulfill my prescription the day of on short notice I guess. I left the doctor and called while in route to see if they received prescription. I got put on “hold” but could hear the staff members conversing who seemingly had no intention of picking up my call. I hung up and called again and inquired of prescription only to be answered initially with “we close st six”. I just really just wanted to know the cost with my insurance. They just agreed to go ahead fill the prescription. I had other prescriptions filled there multiple times prior with my current insurance on file but for some reason I was not in system. I wasn’t aware. So imagine my anxiety when asked to pay $136 for a generic. They did not inquire if I had insurance or not so prescription was not ran through. Very frustrating experience.
