Her entire staff is very knowledgeable and can point you to the item that matches your needs. I ordered a GE Profile gas double oven convection range on Tuesday and on Wednesday Benito & Sneed delivered and installed it! They did a fantastic job...even explaining how everything worked. As I said, I wouldn't shop anywhere else but Lorenz Appliances!
